Age Verification
All registered players must provide proof of age by submitting an original birth certificate.
How:
- upload the birth certificate online when completing registration
- email a copy of it to [email protected]; OR
- bring it in person to Player Evaluations on January 10, 2026.
AND
Residency Requirement (except for 4 - 7 year olds)
Players that live within the boundaries OR attend school within the boundaries of PSWLL are eligible to play.
School Enrollment Option
If you are using your school to establish residency, please submit a signed school enrollment form.

Home Address Option
If you are using your home address to establish residency please provide proof of residency within the PSWLL boundaries with THREE of the following:
- driver's license
- utility bill
- vehicle registration
- financial statement
- insurance document
- voter registration
