Start Your Weekend At “Friday Night Lights”
Kickoff your weekend on Friday nights by watching some great Pasadena Southwest Little League action as part of its “Friday Night Lights” series of games at Stan Gray Field at Allendale Park.
This Friday’s (April 26) doubleheader will begin at 5 p.m. with a Double-A league game between the Expos and the Dodgers. This will be followed at 7 p.m. by a Triple-A game between PSWLL’s Cardinals and the Dodgers.
Each Friday throughout the PSWLL’s spring season, other teams will play under the lights at Allendale. Mark your calendar to make this a part of your weekend activities. Stan Gray Field at Allendale Park is at 1130 S. Marengo Ave. in Pasadena
As an added bonus, this Friday will be the first in a series of “Friday Night Lights” games in which the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA will be at Allendale from 4:30 to 7 p.m. They will bring with them adoptable dogs and share information on the nonprofit’s services. The Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA provides animal care and services for homeless and owned animals and is dedicated to promoting humane treatment and compassion and care for all animals.
The night should be a lot of fun so make sure to invite your family and friends to “Friday Night Lights” to see players from one of the area’s best youth baseball leagues compete under the lights.
